But the number of loads of topsoil from a few places in town and they ended up being about 50% clay :/ for $200 a load. Lastly I called Greenblade for some topsoil and when it came it was top notch, I wish I had started with them first

Phoned for some pricing on commercial maintenance services. Person on the phone had the tone and attitude that I was somehow inconveniencing her with my inquiry. She "would call me back with prices" Never heard from them again
