Staff are friendly and helpful. But whole complex needs to be gutted and updated. Seats are worn out, quality of screens and sound are poor for today's standards. Either that or build a whole new complex.

How old is this theatre? They still have old seats that dont recline and are cloth that stink an probably have bed bugs on them that you will bring home with you. The theatres themselves are almost flat so if you get a 6ft tall person sit infront of you it will ruin the movie. The foods just as good as any other cineplex, the only thing i noticed different is that they give you little salt packets for free for your popcorn. Save your money an go to a cineplex in edmonton.

Grande Prairie deserves better the facility is at best antiquated. We have the population to justify a new theatre, with modern seating, row that are wide and you never need to watch a movie with someone's head in the picture. A selection of food. You don't realize how bad it is until you go to a REAL theatre, and experience what going to the movies should be like in 2017.

Good popcorn, good movies, lost my wallet there once. I called and called, left messages for 2 weeks. No one ever returned my calls.
Went there in person and nobody wanted to help. Got nowhere with them. So beware. Don't loose anything there

So last weekend we screwed up the tickets we bought on line. It was our fault but we ended up at the movie at the wrong time, wrong day. We spoke to a nice supervisor, but didn't get his name. Young man with glasses and a beard. Anyways, he helped us out and we still got to see the movie we wanted and didn't lose out on any money, except for buying twice as many munchies. He didn't need to help us because we admitted it was our screw up, but he did and we appreciate it a great deal. Thank you very much.

Their snacks are delicious but their Stars & Strollers movie selection has no logic. Stars & Strollers is for babies, toddlers and their parents. Yet every week for the past two months, all I've seen is PG-13 to R rated movies listed. Who's gonna take their under 3 year old to an R rated movie? It just makes no sense what-so-ever. With 2 under 2, Stars & Strollers is the only time we really go to the movies. Because of the idiotic film choice, we haven't been able to go. Maybe think about actually choosing kids movies for the KIDS showing.

It's the only movie theatre in a city of 70,000, it is broken down and in serious need of an upgrade! Broken seats and not that clean. People should get a reduced rate to attend this theatre, it's definitely the reason I only go to the movies once maybe twice a year!

While we had no issues with service or products, we did have a problem with the seats. We had to change seats 4 times to find ones that were not broken. Some had springs sticking out, others missing foam cushioning, and others broken so you slid off of them when you sat down. For the price you pay, this is unacceptable.

They keep their theatre fairly clean & I've always had friendly service. The only downside is that they don't run very many non-3D movies. It's hard to get show times if you don't like 3D

I've always loved going to the movies but it has become so much more convenient! You can purchase tickets online or with the mobile app and even reserve specific prime seats (which are WAY more comfortable) for only a few bucks more and you'll have the seat you chose ready and waiting for you! Nice

It's the only theater in a town of 70,000 people so expect it to be busy. But the management seems to be unaware of how busy it gets EVERY NIGHT. Usually only 1 person (Lucky if there is 2) runs the ticket booth. MASSIVE line ups for snacks. The floors are usually dirty or sticky, the seats don't seem the cleanest either and are worn out. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Very friendly people and polite people who have no problem helping you.
