  I have been dealing with the staff at flooring super store (previously Carpet Superstore0 for over 5 years.
  
  On a personal home basis as well as a business basis.
  
  We recently moved to a property 15 minutes west of stony plain. We purchased our hardwood and vinyl plank from Bill in Grande Prairie due to the comfort of knowing that it would be a zero issue should anything ever arise regarding any of the product.
  
  As a business owner / builder here in Grande Prairie we have built over 150 units in the last 3 1/2 years and every piece of flooring came from them. I have had zero issues with the product and or installation of the product.
  
  There is a professional aspect that comes and is fine tuned as a supplier. They have it perfected. Entering the store you are always greeted by friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Which unfortunately is not the norm in our society as much as it should be.
  
  I am not a person who normally goes onto sites and writes reviews. Due to the number of personal friends / relatives who I have recommended to buy from Flooring Superstore, and my personal experiences, not one has ever called me back with a complaint.
  
  This was worth my time for this review.
  
  I can recommend Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for superior service and great product.
  
  Hats off to Bill, Don, Chris and the office staff for making my life much easier.

  We are so excited about the carpet and linoleum that was provided by the Carpet Superstore. We received excellent customer service and amazing prices. We always look forward to going back to the Carpet Superstore for our flooring needs.

  Amazing service and work!! We went in with a tight budget and this was our second stop. He never suggested a carpet that was above our budget and made sure to show us all of the options that worked. He gave us honest advice and I felt like he wasn't just trying to get every penny from us! Not to mention the carpet is such great quality for the price we paid and the installation was fast and done well!

  Their return policy isn't spelled out very well - do not open the box, or no return. More expensive than their competitors, much more expensive. Shop around before coming in.
  
  We used them three times - I've learned my lesson. Never again.
