The staff here is very friendly and we had a wonderful experience with them. We brought our family there and enjoyed the food and couldn't believe the prices for the quality. We will be coming back here time and time again in the future. I will highly recommend this place if anyone is in town and looking for a good little place to go for pizza.
This is one my favourite places to go on 17th avenue. If you like pizza and wine, this is the place for you. Their wild boar pizza is my favourite. If you go during their last hour of closing, their pizzas are only $5 each, a great price for quality pizza. They have great drink specials for both after work happy hour and late night happy hour.
Great food and unbeatable prices. Servers are great. Spaghetti special is so good. Yummy
Great Happy Hour in Calgary. Decent pizza for cheap. Delicious drinks for cheap. What more can you ask for? Every time someone suggests happy hour I want to go to Cibo!
Happy hour, happy hour. Girlfriend and I love this spot. A pizza and a pint for under 10 bucks, it doesn't get any better. Never had an issue with service. Would recommend.
Fantastic food and service. The individual sized pizza is cooked in their pizza oven. We often visit for the $5 happy hour pizza. Kids love watching them make them!
Great restaurant. They have great happy hour specials ( $5 pizza and $4 beer). All the food is fresh and delicious.
Delicious food and great patio location. Our server Kimberly was sweet and accommodating when our food arrived late. I'll be back to give them another chance though, highly recommend the $16 Wednesday 3-course dinner special 😉
One of the best Italian restaurant in town. They have special everyday such as pasta Monday half price, half-price Burgers on Tuesday and Wednesday is 3 course pasta meal for $12. And they have happy hour between 3 to 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to closing. The happy hour include five bucks pizza 10 inch and $4 draft awesome deal. The food is awesome well seasoned and delicious. Must try to clam pasta very good fresh clams and very sweet tasting. The pizza is delicious too my favorite is the Hawaiian well worth it for $5 it is a steal. Definitely highly recommend.
I love this place. I come here frequently and very much enjoy the atmosphere. Once we had a big group and they had their big table in something like a private party area, they took us there and was very private and nice. Attendants are pretty friendly and check on you often. The happy hour is great!!
The wild boar bacon pizza is my go to, and at happy hour you can't beat it for $5. Unfortunately since when they first opened they've changed it and the arugula and cheese are now cooked with the bacon. I wish the arugula and cheese were put on last like it was when they first opened. With that in mind, the pizza definitely isn't as good as it was. But service has always been great.
Great late night happy hour specials on Thursday's after nine. Pizzas were all great.
You've gotta stop by Cibo during their happy hour. Daily from 3-5 and you'll get hands down the best pizza in the city for $5 and a selection of house wines and beer for great prices. I've had a lot of pizza in Calgary and Cibo is one of my go to places. Great atmosphere, centrally located and amazing food. You've gotta eat here!
Super fun. I love the style of the decorations and the staff are nice and professional. I've been for the happy hour $5 pizza a few times and it's very tasty!
Came with a large group and were seated very quickly. From there everything went downhill Server advised portions were 'generous' and meant to eat 'family style'. My father asked for spaghetti with meat sauce and server pointed out on the menu that had meatballs - he asked for NO meatballs, and she then advised him to have something else that was 'the same thing except flat spaghetti' (??????). The children's order came about 45 minutes later - spaghetti with meatballs, and Dad thought it looked good. It was another 20 minutes before any other food appeared, and Dad's order was NOT spaghetti, did NOT have sauce and was dreadful and dry. Cannelloni ordered at our table - which we were told was enough for 2 people, was barely enough for 1 person. The server never did come to check if our food was ok or not. I have worked in restaurants for over 30 years. NEVER have I had to wait over an hour for my meal and I can't remember the last time I had such poor service. Then to add to the expensive bill at the end, a tip of 18% was automatically added. To be honest, considering the poor service and the length of time to receive our meals, I would not have left any tip. This is one place I will never return to, even if it were the only place open. I give it 1 star only because it won't let me post with negative stars or no star.
