  Just met for coffee with some people for coffee yesterday was not my first visit and not my last. Food is very good particularly the stuff from the grill. Great for business lunch or dinner with the family it fits the bill on numerous occasions. Just be warned the lunch hour is busy though come a bit before noon or closer to 1 they should have space.

  Discovered this place totally by accident, now it is a go-to favorite! Every time I've been the staff have been attentive and welcoming. The food is always AMAZING and the environment is fantastic if you have time to sit. Whether you're taking out or eating in, Cravings is a definite recommend!

  Love the decor, the food was excellent and the entertainment was good! THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! This was our first time going there We sat for 1/2 hour before someone offered us drinks and even then I had to flag a server down Then no one explained how you order our food till once again I had to find someone to ask Then after dinner I had to find someone to ask about coffee and they never returned with coffee Then we sat there until we had to ask how to pay the bill. Can’t rate the service because there was none!

  My main gripe is the price jump without any noticeable change in menu quality. Been going for quite a bit but in the last 6 months the price changed substantially and the food hasn't. Like 5$ increase for mains. When you're eating for 4, with taxes and tip it adds 25$ to the bill. What's the deal?? Food was always good and fair prices but now I feel like I could get it, as good, for less at other restaurants.

  Will most likely NOT be back!!! If I could post no stars I would!
  We ate here weekly for almost 2 years. We took staff here, business associates, family and friends. Until recently the food was excellent and the service decent. Of late it has gone down substantially! Until today we could always see past it but when the management attitude says "I don't really care" that's enough. Today we had chicken wings that were more fat then chicken and some brisket that had a strip of fat larger then the meat itself. Not to mention the uncooked potato in the salad and the over toasted panini that made the bread uneatable. When the manager was told his response was "If there was no fat you would complain". Well you just lost a loyal customer!!!

  A great upscale "Food Court" concept. Love to bring out-of-town guests or picky eaters here, so they can chose what they want with little fuss. Had the sampler salad (salad trio) for lunch today. Fresh food, friendly staff, clean bright atmosphere.

  I've been there twice and I like that the wait staff is prompt and friendly. They have decent drink specials, the location is clean and bright. The patio is in the shade during the evenings.
  
  Things I don't like - the menu on the website isn't the menu in store, after emailing them about this, I still have yet to receive any response. The setup of the restaurant itself, with the meal card in such a SMALL location, with such few options, makes absolutely no sense. There are about 5 stations (salads, pasta, burgers, Asian fusion, dessert) where you walk around and order from, (you're literally picking off a posted menu) which I can do from my seat using a REGULAR menu anywhere else. It's not like they are making the food in front of you. You just get up, pick an item with the cook, go back to your table and the wait staff deliver it to your seat. This makes sense for larger style cocktail groups where people are mingling and walking around, separate bills etc. This makes zero sense for a table of 2.
  
  Food was good both times- although both times, I got the same thing. Curried cauliflower tacos and portobello stack no cheese.

  Really liked the idea of choosing your own meals and using the swipe card to track your billing. Food was great and lots of selection. Will be back for sure!

  I love coming to Cravings. The selection is great and will satisfy any you might be "craving". It's a little pricey but always worth it.

  Have been a few times. First time was just ok. Service horrible. Thought might be having a bad day but...gave it a couple more tries. Service never got better and for the prices and quality of food. No more.

  Thank you to the cooks, their food was, as usual, off the charts delicious. Probably the only thing that saved the evening. As for the rest of the team, wow. I've had better service at a buffet. With a waitress who couldn't even speak English but at least her eyes could scan a table to see if we needed anything.
  I'm still in a state of utter wonder as to who actually does what at your restaurant. We were served a drink when we came in, that's it for your thirst. We ordered our food, it came really quickly, which was nice. And then like a damn magician, POOF, no more sign of having any chance of a second drink, an extra plate, or even a napkin. I'd point out a certain waitress but WE NEVER GOT TO MEET HER.
  Wife had her birthday tonight, and we stupidly gave up reservations at a great place because she was craving the amazing food you serve. We literally never spoke to a single person. It was like being on a prank show. Jesus, that was the most pathetic dinner we've ever had. And to think we actually came because it was going to make her day to relax there for her birthday. Won't be coming back. Absolute joke of an establishment.

  Very good food. You receive a card and order your food directly from stations. The Variety is nice and service friendly. due to the nature of the ordering I'd recommend for an out of town guest.

  Fun little restaurant/cafe. Different style ordering and paying. You get a credit card when you're seated and when your ready to order food you go up to the kitchen (take your pick from any of the 4) order your food and hand them your card. When it's ready they bring it to you. Everything I've had here is always fresh and amazing. When it's time to go take your card to the till and everything you ordered is on it. So cool check it out for the experience but you'll come back because of the food
