Our facility booking clerks are down to one staff at the moment. We are only booking until December because we are changing systems from CLASS to Legend. Legend will go live in November/December and then 2018 bookings can be made.
In the meantime, some booking emails and documents are in computers that we don't have access to due to the staff being off indefinitely.
I recommend that everyone touch base with our facility booking clerk via phone to make sure their request has been received.

Join us for another wonderful Community Potluck at the Churchill Park Clubhouse.
Come out and celebrate the spring season with your community!
Kitchen is fully equipped, so just bring some side dishes, desserts, etc. to share with neighbours and friends. We will be welcoming the Syrian families who are new to our community, so if you're bringing a meat dish, please ensure the meat is halal if possible, and labelled accordingly..
Please bring your own drinks, and lawn chairs if you would like to sit outside.
Donations to cover the cost of insurance for the event will be gratefully accepted.
Everyone's welcome, so please pass it on. Hope to see you there!

If you plan on renting the facility by the week this summer (eg camps) please notify the City's facility bookings department of your preferred weeks by the ned of next week. We will be making a decision on allocations at the end of the month.

Working on a fresher look at the Clubhouse for 2017. Some new flooring in hallway and kitchen and a lockable storage area for our programming. Hope to move the new fridge in place soon and make a run to the dump!

Join us for our 5th annual Westdale Living Advent Calendar!
This lovely tradition was started by Westdale resident Lisa Mertz, who brought this wonderful Swiss tradition to our community.
Each day of December, a decorated window will be revealed in homes around the neighbourhood. Members of the community are invited to take a stroll and enjoy the sights.
