So like 30% of machines didn't work, no out of order sign just take your tokens silently. Complained and staff was good to give us more. But still didn't go and check machines. Kids (2, 4) had a blast!! So great for small children. Hell for adultslol

Pretty clean, staff is friendly. No family washroom (that was in an obvious space, if there is one) and a handful of the machines are always out of order. Kids love it, and even adults can have fun: $20 never went so far at an arcade.

They offer a chance for sensory sensitive kids to enjoy the place once a month with reduced lighting and noise which is great for the kids that cant normally go there!

It's a nice cozy play area. Kids have fun gathering tickets and earn points to buy some toys and candy.

Do go there only if it's winter and ugly outside and nothing else to do and of course, you have kids. It just kills your mind. Food is awful, mushy pizza; service is terrible- young kids who clearly don't want to work there ( I understand them), and some of the machines don't work. And also fresh smell of sick, some poor kid obviously didn't agree with the food.

For me, this is a one-time visit. Too crowded, and the food took over 30 minutes to get to the table. All there is to do is put tokens into machines. For the same money or less, take your kids to Springz, and get some exercise and have more fun.

Staff are great. They really help you out. Food is ok. They have healthy choice options. Most games are just one token which is fun and easy for little kids to use. For kids 8 and under.
