I recently started bringing my animals to Cheltenham Veterinary Centre. Over the past 5 months, I have been back and forth constantly with one issue or another. But, Cheltenham has been phenomenal in helping my two cats (Toby and Cherie) and puppy (Bella) along the way. Dr. Kupers and the entire staff are extremely kind and very helpful. They do not pressure you to buy anything thats unnecessary and they make your animals feel very comfortable. At my old vet, my cats were stressed and terrified, but I've noticed at Cheltenham, they seem relaxed and calm. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Been going there since I moved to the area. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make my pets feel comfortable. Really glad I made the decision to bring my pets there.

I really like the vets here. Compassionate kind and I've never felt like I've paid too much. They don't push for services that aren't warranted to increase bill.

I have been going to this clinic for a approximately just over 1 year. All the veterinarians are fantastic. I am a registered breeder and they have supported all of my dogs even in the most challenging circumstances. There support and expertise are very much appreciated and I am happy to be a part of their clientele. Also their pricing is very reasonable too.
In regards to the front desk, other then 1 individual (who is so so at the front and maybe should not be in customer service) however all the others people at the front desk staff is very customer service orientedfriendly and caring.
