  Truly amazed by the service and the genuine interest in helping the clients. From Day 1, Mr. Guriqbal Chahal Ji made us (me and my brother) feel like we were at the right place. Buying your first home isn't an easy task but he made it really simple for us by asking all the right questions, giving us great recommendations and taking the time out of his day to take us for a tour visit of a handful of properties on numerous occassions. Our house shopping experience became even less stressful once we knew that this was a one stop shop for a Realtor and a Mortgage Broker. His response time was super quick and he made sure we got the best mortgage rate. Working through all the paperwork remotely (electronically) was a breeze and an added bonus.
