Over the last 6 years Carie Pool has been an incredible resource for our family! She has gone over and above to help us with our financial needs. As a first time home buyer finding a mortgage broker who not only makes you comfortable, but can also answer all of your questions is hard to come by. I can safely say that not only was Carie very helpful, she was very knowledgeable and resourceful as well. Carie was an amazing person to work with.

I heard about mortgage brokers from a friend of mine and, because of his great experiences, I decided to go with one myself. Knowing nothing about the process of getting a mortgage, I decided to choose Carie based on her excellent reviews and I was not disappointed!

She walked me through the entire process. Right from pre-approval to recommending a realtor to securing the financing. It was an awesomely smooth process and wouldn't have been able to do it all without her. She worked her butt off and I sincerely appreciate it.

I've already taken to recommending her to my friends and family and will be a returning customer for when my other properties require mortgage renewals.

Carie has an incredible level of personal professionalism that is very hard to come by. She immediately puts you at ease, and gains your trust with her demeanour and attentive listening skills. The service Carie gives leaves nothing to be desired, she is always one step ahead, anticipating questions before you have time to ask. I will not think twice when the time comes for me to need a Mortgage Broker, and would swear by her when recommending to others.
