  Quaint little park sitting between local public Library and a hotel. Has a man made pond at it's center, directly adjacent the hotel. There is a small playground for kids, and nicely maintained grounds. The pond contains koi fish, turtles and is frequented by ducks and other migratory waterfowl.
  It bears noting that my 3 star rating of this park is based entirely on those that drink and such there. Not a park to stroll at night alone.

  Love the geese, ducks, and koi. The koi are huge! Just not a fan of some of the other patrons, and the debris they leave behind
