This is the best RV park/campground I have stayed at. Clean showers and bathrooms. Nicely stocked convenience store on-site. The staff were lovely. They have car camping/tenting sites which are very nice. Pet-friendly is a bonus :)

Nice sized lots in a wooded area outside town. Clean drinking water at each lot. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean and well lit. Friendly staff at the front desk. Can be a little noisy with the highway close by. I would definately return.

My husband and I are just pulling out of Camp Tamarack after a quick one night stay. The owners were so so friendly and helpful. Being from Texas, we were not familiar with the money system, and they were only two kind to explain. They also gave us great suggestions for dinner. We ate at original Joe's in town, and it was a great suggestion. The sites were clean and well-maintained. Our site was plenty long enough for our rig, and the grass was nicely mowed. We saw one couple playing horseshoes. We used the laundry facilities, and it was the cleanest we have ever used. The bathrooms were also spotless. It was much nicer than having to stay in town at several of the other RV parks that we happen to drive by as we were going to dinner. As to the person who reviewed this park saying the staff called them "you people, " that is ridiculous. That is just a reference to you and your party. "You people" need to grow up and learn others' idioms. I would definitely stay here again!

Edward and Tammy do an amazing job of running the place. I also want to say that their support staff also need mention. Judy is always friendly and helpful and Terry is quick to lend you a hand if you need and constantly patrolling in case you need firewood. I honestly enjoy it more than some KOA camps in our national parks not only for the scenery but the personal touch that Camp Tamarack owners and staff put on our stay!

What a great RV camp! The staff was wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful. The camp was so pretty with trees at each spot. There was space between campers. The showers and bathrooms areas were the cleanest I have seen. They were spotless and free! This place was great. I would recommend it to anyone traveling.

This has been "the" best camp when it comes to the people operating it, and the cleanness of the park. These people are so ready to accommodate you!!!

Absolutely wonderful! Very clean and meticulously maintained. Owner was so friendly and accommodating. Sites have trees and are large enough to back in easily.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Edward and staff were amazing super friendly helpful and accommodating. After a rough trip getting there causing us to be late a day.. feeling like our vacation was ruined the staff at camp tamarack sure turned our week around for us. Thank you guys so very much we will definitely book again next year.. as far as pets go we have 2 large dogs and they loved it there!!! Was nice that others respected rules for camping with dogs as well and kept them tied up also. Onice again thank you from the Jones family

Campground is pretty but staff is rude, actually owner actually called us "you people." Don't know if that was a reference to my nationality or sexual orientation, either it's a strange attitude for someone running a tourist based business. Lots of truck noise from the highway at night as well. It's not in an engine brake prohibited zone.
