  I find if you book an appointment at this lab the service is expeditious and professional. Many other labs have far greater waiting times on average. It could use a reno though, the lighting and floors/equipment are very old.

  Super slow. What’s the point in making an online appt when we have to come here, then, wait in line? 30 minute wait after my appt time. Get with it.

  I only went to this lab because I had another appointment close by. I made an appointment online at 11:50 am. They didn’t even get to my paperwork until 12:10. They don’t dispense numbers that call you up like others. Then I had to wait in a room until 12:30. 50 minutes after my appointment time. Now I’m told by my doctor I have to repeat some of that blood work. This lab works at a snails pace. Never going there again. Now I have to be poked again. What was the point of making an appointment ahead of time?

  bad nurse technique went getting blood, i been 2 weeks with bruises already, front tellers are rude and bored and they seems to not like theyre jobs hahahaha

  Clean and organized. Most of the staff are polite and helpful, a couple are just cranky pants. Very busy I would recommend an appointment. Ample parking.
