The nadir shoes of my size and a lot of choices to choose from. The clerk was friendly and everything was really cheap

No Wilson bags? How can that be?? And the clerk working there said they don't carry much in the way of Wilson racquets either.

I work in the US and tried to buy something for my sister back home from this shop. Their online store has a policy to only ship to the billing address of the credit card. Having been here for a while with only US credit cards, I called in to see if there can be any arrangements.

First solution I got was to order online normally, have them ship it to me in the USA, and then have me ship it back home myself. Errr I can buy the racquet here and ship it back myself if I wanted to do that.

I then asked if they were willing to ship it to the Calgary address if I paid with my US credit card, and was treated like I was trying to fraud them. The store manager proceeded to collect my personal information, my family's information, and told me he'll try to place an order through his system. Instead, he apparently conducted his own little background check on me and my family. What in the world?

    Edit:
In response to the owner's response, yes that was the email he wrote me. He was professional about it, which was good on his part. My bad review comes from 2 things:

    1. I was not offered an attempt at the problem until I personally proposed the solution. In my first call with them, I was told to have the item shipped to my US address. I called them a second time with issues using their online system, and was told that they can't do anything. It was only when I called a third time, asked to speak to the manager, proposed a solution, and almost begged him to help, did he try to help. Why would I do that? well my knowledge, these guys are the only racquet sport store with a large online store in Calgary.

    2. More importantly, the manager spoke to me like I was trying to fraud him. He asked so many questions about my phone number, my address, and said things like "Do I know you?". I told him that I worked in the US, and was questioned on why I have a US number. I honestly felt like a criminal trying to shop here.

tl;dr horrible and frustrating shopping experience where I was treated like a criminal.

Purchased a pickleball paddle here. Within 3 weeks, and only a few games, the paddle broke (and not because of hitting anything but the ball). Replacement/warranty was refused. The reason I bought here is because it was local and wanted to support a local business rather than the less expensive, online/big box options and also thinking that there would be better service. Wrong. The online/big box vendors offer at least a years replacement warranty. Guess where I am going to be buying the replacement.
