I spent several weeks waiting for an important exam that this clinic was scheduling for me, only to finally get to the exam and be told I wasn't supposed to eat (information I should've been given when they notified me of the appointment date and time). I took time out of work and spent money to commute to this exam. What a waste. I may have to wait several weeks again and I'm so concerned about my health at this point already. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

I've also had a terrible experience with one of the doctors here in the past where he exclaimed after listening to my lungs that it sounded like a serious illness but had "no idea what could be wrong" given my lack of other symptoms. And expressed how confused he was by my symptoms. I went straight to the hospital because he terrified me, only to find out it was something easily treatable.

If it weren't for the incredibly kind and patient Dr. Biali who also works here, I would never come to Care Point again.

This clinic is a joke, the doctors are completely incompetent morons. if you tell them you want a specific anti-depressant, sure, they will give it to you. but if you need anything else besides that your fuct!! no help here at all

Receptionist was friendly, doctor was prompt and very on point in his diagnosis. I would recommend this location, just use your sense and go early.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN!! I went in and asked for a general check up and screening, AFTER WAITING AN HOUR AFTER MY SET TIME TO SEE THE DOCTOR, and he straight denied me. Said i was 20 and healthy and that i need not worry untill im 30 like bruh i know, im here for a general check up and screening not a heart surgery. I would recommend never going here. Ever. Had bad experiences in the past too. My girlfriend was denied a screening too because she was almost fainting because of low iron. He did nothing about this untill we came back a second time. Both waiting an hour past our set time. Doctor talks to you as if he thinks hes god or something.. hes full of himself and honestly doesnt care about his patients. Please someone fire this doctor. However the lady that works the front desk is super nice.

Called them 3 days straight to make an appointment and couldn't get an straight answer from reception. I think their receptionists need to go back to collage to take some customer service classes

The recepitionists are terrible and very much rude. No greeting, not helpful, don't care even patients are standing in the front of them. Dr. are very helpful.

A waiting time is awful. I booked an appointment but they were running behind. My time was rushed so I had to reschedule.

I come this place only because the closest clinic from my house.

Called at 8:30 this morning to get on the walk-in list and was told that there wasn't room for an hour and a half. No biggie! By 10:00am I was sitting in the waiting roomas was I sitting at 11:00amand now noon is quickly approaching. The first hour was almost entertaining, listening to admin staff complain about various docsbut If you don't have time or space to see me for an antibiotics scripjust please tell me so that I may make an informed decision and go elsewhere! Jesus!

This clinic you MUST call prior or make an appointment to see when there will be a doctor in. I once had to go back 4 hours after my first visit because there was no doctor. Receptionist was very friendly, Tanya I think was the name, very personable, I would go back there because of her. The other lady, Faaria was not friendly - typical Im not motivated, I just work here kinda attitude. I believe this clinic needs to realize there is nothing in this world that is not related to customer service.. hope they train their staff accordingly.

Adrienne (I hope I spelled the name right ) was super polite and helpful. Dr. Ryan Lalonde too was attentive, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable. He did not rush me and genuinely cared in my well being. I wish there were more Physicians like Dr. Ryan Lalonde. He is very young and I hope his enthusiasm to help others continues for as long as he practices medicine. Consider yourself lucky if you get Dr. Lalonde as your Doctor.

I would give it 0 if I could but the lowest Google allows me is 1 star so here it is.. I go to this place purely out of desperate necessity because there are no other clinics in the neighbourhood. And it is not just limited to this one location either, every walk-in clinic in Vancouver has the same problem: the mass production attitude where they are trying to get through as many people as possible in as little time as they can. The result: poor quality medical service. They treat people like customers, not patients. And even then you would expect they would be concerned about 'customer service', but you would be wrong. I am not even going to get into the ridiculous wait times just to get some face-time time with a general practitioner so that he/she can snub you within 3 minutes of that encounter.

My last visit here, the doctor did not even bother sitting down when he came into the exam room. It made me feel so uneasy that I thought I was a nuisance in this guy's day that he just wanted me out of the room as quickly as possible. You're trying to explain your problem and before you are even finished they made the diagnosis in their head and writing you some unnecessary prescription for some useless medication for your symptoms, not for the real problem.

Don't get me wrong, this is a system problem, not just a clinic problem. Everyone thinks Canada has one of the best health care systems in the world but other than being "free" (which it really isn't) it is actually a pretty broken system.

One last advice: If you must go to this clinic, try avoiding Dr. Sunil Bhatt. He almost makes you feel guilty for being a patient.

I have had good experiences here and bad, it just depends which Dr. You see. Dr. Lalonde is my favourite, he is young, but seems to know his stuff, and actually seems to care compared to other clinic doctors I've seen in this city. The receptionists for the most part are kind, and funny as long as you treat them with respect, keep in mind they deal with grumpy sick people all day. Wait times can be long, sometimes 15 minutes, sometimes 3 hours. Just get there early, bring a book and expect to wait a bit. There are just under 100,000 people living downtown and they do things on a first come first serve basis, no phone reservations. I would reccomend this place for sure.
