I love Yolanda even though my cats might not agree, but what do they know? She is very thorough and explains things well. And she obviously loves animals.

If i could give zero stars i would. This place is an absolute joke. The first time i walked in i was treated like a piece of garbage because my 3 year old son decided to change his kittens name (because that is their choice). We had 4 animals there that day, 2 cats and 2 dogs, one of which was being fixed. They never asked us if we wanted pre screen blood work on the kitten however when they told us they wanted to do dental work on our other cat (who is not old by any means so no reason he wouldn't be able to handle being put under), they asked to do pre screen blood work in which we said yes. This dental work was not even being done this day nor had it been booked to be done at all. 2 days after leaving this joke if a place our kitten who was not even 4 months old had to be rushed to an emergency vet where he died.why you ask? because Nagel & Co did not do pre screen blood work on him before putting him under and his kidneys could not withhold being put under and they shut down. When we phoned Nagel & Co so explain what had happened, the ONE veterinary assistant was extremely upset and sent us her clearly heartfelt apologies however, when talking to the veterinarian herself she was a self righteous ignorant human being. Would not let me husband speak two words would not say sorry for what had happened. Only had to keep reminded us that shes has never been wrong in her career at nagel & co and she did everything perfectly. My husband has been trying to get ahold of the office manager at Nagel & Co for days now to discuss the $1700 dollar bill we paid for (due to their ignorance and neglect) and has yet to hear a response. Slow clap for this pathetic clinic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE!!!!! EVER!!!!!! Now that this has happened to us and I've been speaking to other people in our community, it turns out i am not the only one to think this place has poor practice protocol and the Veterinarian herself only cares about the pay cheque and not about the actual well being of the animals being brought into her.

Great place to bring you pets. Clean facilities, amazing owners and reasonable prices. Also deals directly with pet insurance companies.

Absolutely incredible vet! The staff were amazing! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable:) The facility was warm, welcoming and extremely clean! I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for services:)
