  Very poor after sale service. Bought a camper 5 years ago. Had an issue with the wall panel that the staples let go, and the table bed let go. Took it in, they just pushed the wall panel back on, and pulled the bed support back up. Took it home, the wall panel popped again, and next time the bed was made, it collapsed again. Had the wife call them just over 3 years ago to get the screen soor hinge fixed under warrenty, was told the company may not cover that ( we bought the most expensive warrenty) was told they will look into it and call back.. Still no call. Take your money elsewhere.

  met tom oaks,most arrogant pushy owner I ever met,was in market for $60-70 k 5th wheel,pushed on me a damaged rv told me don't worry about it" are you worried bout resale?"he saidwhen I wouldn't buy it right now he just walked away,,,,wow, go see this operation for yourselves be warned .. just my opinion of course.

  I share the common complaint here. Poor service.painful to get warranty work done.
  Lack of communication.dodging calls.
  
  My friends also had this exact same experience and eventually went elsewhere for the warranty items to be repaired .just to end the frustration.

  I will remove this posting in the fall after our warranty work is completed professionally and the last item on the purchase contract is completed.

  I wish I had seen the negative reviews before we bought our trailer from them. We took it in to get warranty work done and they had it for 9 months. We called repeatedly to ask if it was done and they had no paperwork about our trailer. We asked to talk to people who knew something and they said they would have to get them to call us back, not once did we get a phone call. Then when we walked in to see how things were going with our trailer, no help, no one had knowledge of anything that had needed to be done and no note of what had been done if anything. So I walked back in and asked for my trailer keys Which is amazing I could get back since they had no paper work. Bad service and , no organization for that company. Going to go elsewhere and take a loss on this trailer just to not have to deal with these guys anymore.

  Bought a camper over 3 years ago. Had asked them to fix a few items that needed attention in the camper along with other things. None of which were EVER done. I refus to have any warranty work done there or buy anything there. Once you buy there you will never be able to get service done as they don't have the room for the amount of campers that need work done!
  
  Wouldn't touch this place a ten foot pole
  Think twice before purchasing there!!!
