This company has been advertising a variable mortgage rate at 0.98% on CFRA in Ottawa Ontario as recently as this afternoon, and when I called they could not offer it. Why, because the same ad has been running for over a month since prime went up. If this company can't keep their advertising straight on the main thing that people shop for, I wonder what else is a failing of theirs.
