  Not so great experience, my husband call them and they came to our house around 9pm.. five minutes of works and we got charged $687.00 what a scam, however they did fixed it but we will never deal with them again.. stay away peoples!!

  My house came with a ductless air conditioner and it needed cleaning badly. Ductless.ca sent a technician who was very kind and courteous. He took apart the air conditioner and cleaned in spots I didn't even know were there. He explained everything he was doing and seemed very knowledgeable. I would recommend calling these guys

  I do NOT recommend this company. The bill was much higher than the quote I received. When I called to discuss , The manager was laughing and saying that is nothing He can do now, as the installation was done already. Do NOT use them, as there are other companies doing the same type of services, using fair prices.

  I called Ductless.ca to come inspect my ductless AC because it was not blowing cold air. The technician came and did his check-up and said that the fuse is bad and needs to be changed. I asked for the price and he quoted me for $380+taxes! I asked him and how much is the part he said likely $20. I agreed to have the repair done since I was quoted on the phone that any repair is charged by the hour for $120/hr + a call out fee of $60. I thought this is a 3 hour job then!!!
  Anyways, the technician replaced the fuse in less than 20 min and when I looked online, this seemed to be a very straight forward fix. No other maintenance or repairs were done! He literally spent 40 min in my house!! I was extremely shocked and asked for a detailed invoice to see how much labor and material I was charged! and they send me the invoice saying "the fuse needed to be changed, and quoted the client for $380".
  By the way, I emailed the company back to inquire about this and got no response!

  I contacted Ductless.ca Inc. in December and was given a rough quote of what kind of units I would need and how much they would cost. A few months later, I called back to book a date and time. Within one week, I had two brand new Mitsubishi ductless units up and running.
  
  Two technicians worked for a day at my home while I was at work, and before I got home everything was already working. My house now has automatic temperature control and I can't believe it took me so long to get this done. I would recommend these guys every time.
  
  P.s. They are dog-friendly!
