I actually got my very first pair of glasses here almost 4 years ago and the experience was just horrible. The staff over the counter talked like she didn't care and the frames they offered were either ugly or really expensive. The doctor even snapped at me for not being able to make up my mind on which picture was the closest, it was my first time ever doing any eye exam, cut me some slack. I don't know if they were just having a bad day or something, but they should've really been more professional.

I went there on boxing day to get my glasses fixed. Not only were they very helpful. They were professional and kind!!!

Dr. Ngo will definitely be our family optometrist moving forward. He has a lot of patience with children and talks to you during the tests making you feel very comfortable. He genuinely cares to help you find the right frames to suite you. He also offered us very valuable information for my daughter who suffers from frequent headaches. He was both professional and very nice. It was a pleasure to deal with Dr. Ngo.

Dr. Ngo is a wonderful optometrist. Very thorough. He took me as a new patient last minute on a Friday afternoon due to an urgent situation with my eye. He took the time to explain his findings and answer all my questions. My visit was a pleasure and I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again Dr. Ngo
