  Just wanted to say thanks to David. My mother in law is on a fixed income. Furnace was acting up, not going into high fan mode. David came over and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix. Didn’t over charge or sell unnecessary parts etc. it’s very nice to see honest service companies, as so many of them aren’t. Would highly recommend his company to anyone. Great service is priceless. Thanks again. Ps. My mother in law was on a maintenance contract from a company I won’t name, but they did the last service and let’s just say they didn’t leave the furnace in a correct state. My mother in-law will be moving her contract over to Burlington Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks and good luck with your future business

  We had two mini splits ac units installed in our house this summer, Dave is great on the pre-sale, explained everything, sent quote in a timely manner. The technicians that installed the ac are also great, it all went well. A week after installation, we called them to explain there’s a lot of water coming out of the ac unit pipes and is hitting a window sealing, which might be damaging in the future. The technician came back the next day saying it was an easy fix and they would schedule it shortly. We’ve followed up via their phone number for months and the person who answers the phone wants to charge us for a visit and don’t even transfer the call. We have to keep a bucket under the pipe to collect the water. Very disappointing.

  Fixed my water heater. Were prompt, extremely friendly, answered all my questions and had very fair rates. Had a very pleasant experience with everyone I spoke to from booking my service to the gentlemen that came to complete the repair. Would highly recommend and will use again in future! :)

  Everything about my experience dealing with Burlington heating and air was fantastic.
  Initially called about issues with our old AC unit and the technician came out and gave us options on how to fix the system but we decided to just replace the entire unit(as it was 20+ years old). The technician quoted us a price on site which we decided to go with and installed a couple days later.
  
  The installation went very well, the technicians where incredibly nice and professional and spent a good amount of time testing the system to make sure everything worked as expected.
  
  The final installation price ended up being exactly what was initially quoted and the technicians were incredibly professional.

  Saturday of a long weekend, and my AC isn't working. I called at 10 and described the problem and Dave said they were booking for the following week. He said because it was a thermostat issue and relatively small he would be able to get someone out by 11. A great service tech named Pierre showed up at 11 on the button. He checked the thermostat, furnace and AC and it turns out the problem was actually a blown breaker. Pierre didn't have a spare in the truck but said he would go by the office and pick one up and then pop by on his way home (his own time)to install it and settle up the bill. These guys went above and beyond on a long weekend. Great service. Thank you
