Paid off loan ,still says loan active been trying to reach them for over 5 days now and no one get back to you,email, chat or phone are always "too busy"

This is an amazing site when your in a jam and need some financial assistance. I am still amazed at how easy it was to access the site and to receive a loan that was much needed. I recommend everybody try this site- you won’t be disappointed!!!
Its been a few months since my review of this company and sadly due to a couple of unforeseen funerals, I found that I was in a position to ask for their help once again and not only did they meet my expectations but completely exceeded them. My request was handled by Jacqueline out of the office in Trenton and I highly recommend anyone in the Northhumberland County region who expects to be handled with compassion, understanding and wonderful customer service to reach out to their office. It was one of the easiest loan applications I've ever done. I didn't think I would be approved, but in 15 minutes I was approved. And the best part is the interest on the loan is 100% better than most of those other short term loan companies. Thank you Ferratum!
