👍 Better than Lynn Valley in North Vancouver in my opinion. West canyon trail is better than Gold Creek for a more challenging hike. Alder flats is awesome but the river dries up in mid summer. [read more]
Great park, with playground and public washrooms, and a water park for the kids. There is even a wooded area where the kids can collect branches to buy their own "fort". [read more]

Beautiful campground, lots of picnic tables for picnics, playground, sandy/rocky beach (bring water shoes) the facilities are nice and clean. Very tall trees lots of shade which keeps it cool in.. [read more]

Wow. Really worth it. We decided to go here after turning around at the gates of the very expensive Butchart Gardens. When you come in the entrance there is a very neat display of worker ants.. [read more]
