Its busy, kinda dirty and another average franchise. Not much to say other than its like all the other Boston Pizzas. Pizza is by far the best from the humongous menu. Everything else is subpar. It's great to watch some sports or have a get together. Nothing I would get excited over.

Terrible Service. No cutlery, no napkins and no parmesan. 2 meals came and were eaten by the time the other 2 meals arrived. No refills on non-stop pop. I asked for napkins and was told to lick my fingers. I finally thought that was enough and brought it to their attention. We were told we could get a gift card to ensure we came back but that never came either. The food was good.

Absolutely worst service ever. As my wife waited for me to arrive she ordered our 2 kids their food so they wouldn't get too fussy waiting. After 45 mins of waiting we asked our waitress about their food. She told us she had rung it in and would look into it. She proceeded to clean up the table next to us, then wait on another table before ever going back to the kitchen or even checking the computer. She didn't return with a status update. 15 minutes later she returns with their food. The kids have finished eating and we are sitting here still waiting for our food. Did I mention the restaurant was only ever half full at most.
This isnt the first time we have received terrible service here, but it will be the last. We have no intentions on ever returning.

Allways a GREAT experience!!! Alanna makes every visit to Boston Pizza perfect! Always cheerful fast service and the food is never a disappointment .

i really don't like leaving bad reviews but i really feel like i have to leave this one! i met some friends there on Saturday night and right way they told me the service sucked and i would be better off going up to the bar, so i did. the bar tender looked at me square when i asked for a drink and told me he'd tell the server (who was stood at the other end of the bar watching the bartender talk to me) he took my order anyway and said shed bring it over, she didn't! when he bought it over he could see the other people at our table were wanting to order too and he told them the same thing she'd come to the table. after about 10 minutes she finally showed up with an attitude the others ordered drinks and i ordered some food. drinks took forever to get to the table, the food didn't!!! that's a plus, only i have worked for 2 Boston pizzas and i'm pretty sure the bandera bread was way over cooked and my table agreed. as much as i love BP's i wont be back to this one!

I have gone here multiple times and almost every time have been disappointed. First time going here, went with a group of 5. We ordered drinks, one being the rocket drink and it came melted and "purple" instead of red white and blue. The appitizer came out after we had all finished eating and was burned plus most of our meal was cold. Only 2 of the 5 meals were still hot when they arrived.
The other visits were better than that one, but the service was always very slow even when there was not much business happening. Overall I would not recommend this place. I keep hoping it will improve, but I've been let down almost every time.response / report this review -

Drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive. Starters late about 1 hour then 1 order came out without fries and then burger was cold then main party had finished meal when burger eventually arrived. Burger (veggie) was not good and could not eat. Drink service was poor had to ask for refills and beer. Restaurant was about half full so no excuse for slow service.
We did not pay for 1 persons meal which was expected.
Will not be back to this location as have been previously and not been impressed.response / report this review -

We have gone to Boston Pizza a few times. We usually go into the lounge. The service always seems to suck in the lounge. This time we went to the dining room with a gift card I got for Christmas, or we would not have gone back.because of all the horrible service we have received there.
My husband ordered the 1/2 rack of Ribs, they were under cooked. I had the parmesan chicken. It was good and so was the service,response / report this review
