Don't Not Stay by mini golf/overflow Area. It is the party zone very sad. I actually be here for two day, and the neighbours next to me have vomited behind my trailer each night Disgusting I will not stay here again.

Worst camping trip ever. Went as a group of 4 19 year olds. We were mistreated from the moment we tried to book our site and treated very poorly at the front gate. They were predgudice towards us and had already predetermined that we were "bad and vulgar campers". During the day we were playing music in our campsite and drinking but by no means causing any sort of real disturbance. Around 6pm we were approached by the security and told that our music and language was innapropriate and ask to turn it down. We immediately complied but were forced to leave our campsite 5 minutes later without any explination of why other than "the boss says you're out so leave." They even tried to force us to drive out of the campsite while we were intoxicated, claiming that we "weren't that drunk." Obviously we did not drive but found our own way home. This campsite is dangerous and unreasonable to it's campers. Do not stay here if you wish to have any sort of fun.

Terrible experience from the beginning. Do not come here if you enjoy having fun. All the staff at this campsite were rude, including the lady whom we spoke with to book our campsite. We were harassed by security for playing music and for swearing. Quiet time is 11pm, and It was before 6pm that we were asked to leave for "being a disturbance", after we had paid for two nights in this campsite. Security was yelling at us and causing more of a disturbance than we ever were. They gave us a warning, we turned our music completely off, and a few minutes later they told us we needed to get out and proceeded to call the cops. They were completely unreasonable and unprofessional, and refused to refund us our money for the campsite. Our family and friends enjoy camping and are regular campers and we will never return to wakaw or ever recommend it to anyone.

Not impressedreserved a site my 19 yr old son went up early as i had been called into work..contacted office to let them know ..they hassled my son that his ID picture was not him and informed him he would be kicked off the site if i did not show..this was after i called and informed them i was working ..as we have been comeing here for over 10 yrs ..i assumed they would have offered the kids some assistance with backing the trailor or reminder of wood..as i got to the site no wood as the kids where scared to go back to the office or walk around as they where calling and threatning them..very upset to how they where treated ..even called security ..who i will thank as they atleast went to the site and offered assistance. We always have enjoyed wakaw cant say we will return or inform anyone else to go there.

Came up here with my family for the day. The campgrounds itself was fantastic. However, upon arrival we needed to purchase a pass to enter. This is expected, except their debit machine was down, and they expected us to goto a nearby ATM, (at our expense with ATM fees) and pull money out to pay them.

Luckily we managed to have enough change to buy it, but we could no longer afford to go and get the great ice cream offered at the small store, due to no debit being accepted there and all our money being spent on the pass.
