  Tom Oakes and his crew at Oak Centre RV Mall are truly an amazing group of people. Tom personally picked up my 36 ft diesel pusher, drove it 4 1/2 hrs to Martensville, and had it sold in 30 days! To show my gratitude, I drove up to look for a smaller RV. Tom's patience and expertise enabled me to make a decision that day, and I bought a Vintage Cruiser. Much smaller.and much me! He convinced me that I didn't need a bunk modeland for that I am grateful! Tom, Ted , Coralee, Andres, Anthony and Scott all made me feel at home. Ted was so kind and understanding while we went through the purchase paperwork. Coralee is very knowledgeable and explained the options with ease. She walked through everything with me. Andres set it up on their lot, and I spent the first night in it, on their lot! Any questions I had were answered the next morning, and I drove it home in full confidence that I made the right decision. Ive also had the pleasure of talking to Les, who has recently joined the team. A definite asset !!
  If you are thinking of buying an RV, don't buy before you visit Oak Centre RV Mall. You will be a Happy Camper!!

  My husband used to work here and I have to say I am sad he left to a new adventure. Tom was very accommodating not only to his customers but to his employees and felt like we were treated very well.
  
  As for the sales I have done some research and found their prices are extremely reasonable and also at an incredible location. The inside of the building is a lot of fun to walk around. The employees are incredibly kind and not pushy!

  Some of the worst customer service I have experience ever. I drop my camper off in October to be fix over the winter and was told they would have it done in a few months. Hadn't heard anything from them over the winter. I called in April and they told me the parts still needed to be ordered. Was already ridiculous but thought there was still plenty of time to repair it. Called again beginning of May and parts still weren't orederd. They were still gauranting it by May 18. I was now calling every other day to make sure it was going to be ready. Was given every excuse under the sun and was told they were working on it. May 18th came so I went to get my repaired RV. When I arrived and asked for my RV they of course told me it wasn't ready. I wanted to take it with me anyways as they were never going to fix it. The service guy Ryan laughed at me and said "good luck getting it fix anywhere else, we are the only certified Northwood dealer" . He then ran of to get my RV. I walked out to the lot and watched them dig out my RV behind 3 other RVs proving that they never were working on it at all. After I got it all hooked up and was ready to pull out of their crappy lot the service manager finally found time to get off his butt. He was Scott and only had more excuses. All of which were not his fault. Told me he would fix the problem and make it up to me. Empty promises as I expected since I was never contacted again. Stay away from this dealership. You will regret your decision to go there.
