My partner bought Adjustable Back Spine Posture Corrector for me due to my poor posture and the slouch caused by the amount of time I spend on my laptop and phone. I've been wearing it for 15-20 mins a day for couple of weeks now and it has definitely improved my posture. Product is very robust and off great quality. The price is also relatively cheaper. Would definitely recommended this store.

Got Resistance bands set! High quality, variety of weight and durable! Being a fitness professional it was a best gift I could give to myself for my home gym especially with a higher possibility of returning back to lockdown! Lol. I highly recommend bodyfitandpet!
