Was such a good size class as there were only 4 of us. It was a little hard to understand some of the info the instructor was saying pretty sure it was due to having to wear a mask. He also showed up 15 mins late, and had the previous location of a hotel tell us that he always shows up late. Overall was a good experience.

I love that we were able to review all the information through the online component with videos and visuals and questioning. Was so helpful to have an online format and in person to practice. More effective and more convenient with our time. Our instructor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I feel confident to respond to emergencies in the future. Thank you!

Just had the Standard First Aid and CPR course. Awesome class. I really enjoyed the blended option of online and in class. Learning at home at my own pace was appreciated.

Course instructor Baha was great! Made the class enjoyable despite all the restrictions. Definitely cares about your understanding of the training. Very knowledgeable! The class was clean and sanitizing procedures were implemented.

Overall one of my favorite SFA and CPR training experiences.

Availability and frequency of courses made it very easy for me to sign up last minute. My instructor was Baha Ahmad who was very knowledgeable on the content and made sure to tie in aspects from the online module to the practical portion of the course. Everything was explained clearly and he was very willing to answer any questions we had.

Very frequent classes and easy process to register to them. The in-person class was done safely amid the COVID-19 restrictions, allowing us to practice our CPR and First Aid techniques on mannequins. The content was covered quickly but efficiently.
