Customer service means nothing to these people. They aren't trained to even measure properly and will sell you suit anyways knowing it won't fit when it arrives. Nobody in the store including the manager has any authority to actually do anything. They always have to call or wait for someone else who isn't around during their store hours. They have no interest in correcting their mistakes once they have your money. You are better going off going literally anywhere else.
