Beautiful store with excellent staff, had a great experience and totally recommend going there. From the door opening to the building the experience was magical and I was bowled over. Birks has a huge selection and there is something for most budgets. The standard of the rings is so high that any girl would be just thrilled to receive a ring or gift and you can adjust the stones to reflect your budget.
Shawn Bergman assisted me and he was simply outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and I left the store feeling I had experienced the very best service Canada has to offer.
Do not buy jewellery without visiting Birks, you will love the experience and they set a standard very few companies can get close to.

just dealt with a customer representive at their hastings location, extremely unprofessional i could feel his unwillingness to help me with a particular order confirmation since it wasn't his commission on the sale. I tried to ask for his employee name and ID, he REFUSED to give it to me, to me this seems extremely shady of a customer service employee. Terrible service after just handing the company 15k.. (approx)

My son and I went here to get matching engraved watches as a memento of a road trip we took together. Russell was very helpful and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted with his help. I highly recommend this place.
