Walked in searching for a bike light walked out with a new bike. Solid selection and variety of bike types, plus competitive pricing - even when compared to online pricing. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable, but also willing to admit when unfamiliar with something specific - and chances are another staff member will likely be able to help out.

Their service department is reliable, speedy and cost effective. If you're in need of any sort of bicycle repair, whether it's a flat tire or wobbly wheel - head over to the Bike Doctor :)

I went shopping for a new bike to Doug's, Bike Universe, Bruce's and Bike Doctor. All places had great staff, but in the end the bike that fit me best was from Bike Doctor. The staff were great, the mechanics are great, and really as far as products you get what you pay for. Thank-you for being honest and helpful. I look forward to continually coming back as I have been for the last 10 years. People who complain on here really should be held accountable for their words.

Not helpful, treat you like an idiot for asking questions. Was scoffed at when I asked if they had any documentation for the 700 dollar bike I just purchased. Also the pre purchase "tune-up" missed that the shifter was out of line making the bike not so fun to ride and costing me even more money to get fixed (at a different shop of course). After getting the bike fixed at Bruce's Cycle it is a joy to ride.

Great place. The people working in the front of the store are always very welcoming, polite and greet you with a smile. The guys in the back work their butts off and go above and beyond to get the job done right. Also, with my experience so far, they have very reasonable prices. I'm happy I found this place and would absolutely recommend it!

Excellent service. Bought a bike here last year. Took it in for a tune up this spring. Had squeaky brakes and they replaced the pads free of change under the one year warrantee.

It's a good bike shop. Sometimes I feel like some of the staff could be a little better, both on the sales and service end. But, this place is conveniently located and there isn't any reason not to go here.

I'd rather shop at walmart on christmas day than ever spend another dime at this "shop". $65 to put a basic quando hub back together, and the tech tries to tell me I was missing a bunch of bearings, and he couldn't find replacements. I triple counted the 40 bearings before bringing it in, and know for a fact none were missing. That hub lasted 3 days before the cone split into 2 pieces and jammed up beyond repair. Nothing but a waste of time and money going anywhere near this place.

The staff members are phenomenal!!! I was very reluctant to spend hundreds of dollars on a bike, but Jenna was patient, informative, and extremely knowledgeable (especially about her beloved Electra bikes!). I purchased an adorable purple Electra and look forward to returning to the Bike Doctor for all of my accessories and services.
