LOVE the new patio door! Igor came out to give us a quote and we haven't looked back since. It wasn’t the cheapest but he was the only one that we felt wasn’t forcing us to sign up. He always listened to us and made sure that our questions were answered. He helped us pick out the best models for each room and made sure that the lighting, heating and design were all accounted for. All the windows were also custom-designed to fit the home and 2 months later, we got them installed. The windows look great, if you ever need anything, talk to Igor!

Needed to replace my windows upstairs and our backyard patio door. The service here is great, the project manager always makes sure to check in with you to tell you about the project’s progress and if you have any concerns. The service crew is also super diligent and meticulous, they don’t leave anything behind. The bay windows, architectural and double slider tilt windows we have now look great.

Got a quote from 4 different companies in the area and eventually settled on BigCity Windows and Doors. I needed a full home replacement since my builder-grade windows were already starting to fall apart after only 10 years. We had a great service rep take us through the window catalogue and pick out the best styles and designs for all our rooms with everything from lighting, energy efficiency and heating considered. We ended up getting the windows shipped 2 months later and installed in only 2 days. The home feels brand-new again and if it wasn’t for the financing options, we would never have been able to pay for it, 5 stars!

Great quality windows, love the energy efficiency and the rebate I got from the Canada Greener Homes grant was a huge help! The castle gate wooden doors out front already got compliments from the neighbours. Denis was great at organizing the whole project and getting it all done on time, in only 5 weeks from the first call to installation. Love it!

No problems after install and got to save $1000 with the Canada Greener Homes rebate and I never would have known about it without Big City’s help. I did a full home window install, the builder-grade windows I had were already starting to leak after 5 years and I was looking to sell the home. Denis was a huge help in picking out the best windows, the home now feels so much bigger from the inside thanks to the design and lighting. 5 stars!
