As first-time real estate investors in Cambridge, Ontario, we hired Josh to transform our brick bungalow into a legal duplex. He created a beautiful 2-bedroom basement apartment as well as major upgrades to the upper unit's kitchen and laundry. He performed the work on time and on budget.
His communication was prompt and personable. He was patient with our requests and his two workers on the job site were excellent workers and lovely people.
Josh is a real estate investor himself, so if you are looking for a contractor to help steer your next investment project, he will have insights and knowledge that will highly benefit your project’s success.

After calling several companies over the last couple of months, I found Honest Renovations (Josh) to be very confident and re-assuring that the repairs on our drywall would be fixed to our liking. He also returned my phone calls and showed up when he said he would. I am very happy with Josh and the team, Josh spent extra time to rid of the major (cosmetic bulging in our drywall and always asks me if it was to my satisfaction. I strongly would recommend Honest Renovations as Josh is true to his words and that alone is worth a lot. Thank you again

The quality and professional attitude of both the company owner Josh as well as the two employees was amazing. We had a new stand up shower enclosure installed and the job was performer in a timely and very prompt and professional manner. Needless to say I would use there services again and would definitely recommend them. Thanks to them

We had drywall, taping, paint and trim done. Good attention to detail. Josh (and Jason) were tidy, punctual and very professional. We would highly recommend them! Thanks for a great job.
