  Walked in there w/ the lady on a Saturday afternoon. We were looking at getting some sizing done for her as we were in the market for a bike. No one approached us, even after 7 or 8 minutes in the shop. After watching a staff member approach and catered to another customer, we decided to leave. Walking by the front counter, we stopped to view the gloves, and with 2 staff members behind the counter, I'd assume that one would actually take some initiative. The good reviews didn't reflect what we experienced that day.

  Always willing to help out. Should be your go to shop in town to get quick and easy service.

  Great spot to get a high end bike. Staff are all riders and some even compete. I recommend buying a bike early in the season as certain brands and models will go out of stock by June. Staff are very responsive and quick to fix minor issues. FREE LIFETIME TUNE UPS. Think about it!

  BEST bike store in Canmore! I have bought a couple of bikes here and happy to share my experience in a few quick, easy points:
  1) They don't sell to you - they educate you
  2) If you don't need a high end bike, they won't talk you into it
  3) They will ensure the bike fits you and not the other way round
  
  Adam is without a doubt one of the most CHILL and professional bike experts I've ever met. He knows his stuff so do ask him any and all questions. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision in buying a bike (I have a tendency to be indecisive though). They have a great range of bikes there on display toojust be sure you have an idea of what you're looking for.

  The Bicycle Cafe gas a great selection of high end mountain bikes. If they don't have it in-store they will more than happily order it in for you. But what sets this store apart from the others is the service. They charge a very reasonable rate for repairs and on several occasions they've done the servicing for free. If you need a minor repair done on the spot the mechanics will usually do it right away for you so you can get back on the trails ASAP. I have been using the Cafe for over 15 years now and I will continue to do so.

  The guys let me give my bike a good wash here on my tour through the canadian rockies. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Moka was tasty and appreciated after the works.

  I was looking for a previous year's model and to my surprise they were able to find me one in my size cheaper than anywhere else. Plus they offer free tune-ups for the life of the bike. Communication was very prompt and the service was excellent.
  
  It is a bit of a drive from Calgary, but the friendliness of the staff was worth the trip plus I get to spend a couple hours in Canmore. Next time I'm looking for another bike, I'll definitely be giving these guys a call.
