The last three times I contacted Beck Taxi they were at my door within 10 minutes. When it comes to taxis, I find the less to talk about them, the better. My short drive in all three instances was uneventful, safe and efficient. And of course, comfortable . Exactly what I would expect from a taxi ride!

I don't normally take a taxi but gave myself a break today ;) I didn't have to go far, and from the first contact with dispatch to the driver who drove me to my destination was a lovely experience. I am sure the drivers normally do this(?) but my driver was such a gentleman, helping me with my heavy bags to my door step. Thank You!

I've used Beck taxi regularly over the past several years, and have mixed feelings towards the company. Reliability and punctuality has never been an issue, and I always arrived at my destination on time. However there are certain concerns that have accumulated over the years, and I will likely consider a different taxi company in the future.

Most recently, on several trips to Union station (with the intention of heading to the airport using the UP Express), I was repeatedly pressured by the driver to take me all the way to the airport, albeit at a lower fee than the flat rate of 65$. This went on after declining several times, and made me feel quite uncomfortable, and the driver's mood changed noticeably.

As a driver myself commuting to work, I've definitely noticed the aggressive, dangerous, and inconsiderate driving styles of many Beck taxis. I understand time is literally money in your line of work, but please don't put the safety of yourself, your passengers, and others on the road at risk.

Hired Beck Taxi to drive me and my dog to the airport. Was going to use Uber but I couldn't specify the trunk space I needed. I called Beck and told them exactly what I needed for my dog, her kennel, and a large suitcase. They were very nice and professional on the phone and showed up exactly on time with the right vehicle for the job. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend for pet owners transporting medium to large animals.
