Tiki Taxi provided prompt welcoming service and got us to our destination in plenty of time for our Staff Retreat.

The captain of the taxi we were on was courteous and obliging to all members of our party.

I unfortunately couldn't make a reservation for an evening cruise and had to cancel with less then 24 hours, without any hassle they refunded me the money. Truly appropriate a business that can be understanding and cater to someone needs at the last second.

THANK YOU!! hopefully someone cancels later in the summer so i can enjoy a boat ride !

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my partner and I were lucky enough to book a Private bout tour of the Toronto islands! We arrived on time and were pleased to see the staff sanitizing the boat prior to our departure! There was a barricade around the captains seat and plenty of space to social distance!

Our captain/guide was Robbie and he was excellent! He was comical and entertaining and definitely knew his way around the islands! He found a young swan family for us to see and got us close enough to take pictures (safely for us and the swans!)! He was knowledgeable of the Toronto islands and definitely made us want to visit again when the islands reopen!

We packed a small picnic for the two of us and were able to eat our small meal on board! We made sure to bring all of the utensils we needed and took all of our garbage with us! But it was a perfect dinner boat/picnic!

He took a few lovely photos of us with the Toronto skyline and sent them to us via email immediately! We hope that Tiki Taxi does more tours because they were an amazing experience and I’m sure many of our friends would love to experience the tour as well! We highly recommend this tour!!
