  This place has new owners & so happy as their baristas are genuinely welcoming plus fantastic coffee! I've been a few times over last month & thrilled to have a new regular place to imbibe my java holes.

  The Baristas are always cheerful, quick, and polite. Coffee is hot and fresh. Treats are a little to vegan and gluten free for my taste, but that's the West coast for you.
  
  All in all, one of the best coffee shops I've visited in Vancouver.

  Friendly staff. Best coffee for a few blocks at least. Don't waste your money at Starbucks.
