  Great property and owner has been great to work with. Accommodations suited are large group very well. I would recommend this property for those wanting to enjoy the available activities in Revelstoke.

  I booked the whole house for a weekend ski trip with 15 of my friends. Christiane was very accommodating to the number of additional guests and was great at communicating, while answering any of my questions thoroughly. She even came by with a batch of delicious muffins! The house was nice, clean, and cozy upon our arrival and it was very easy to find. Considering the number of beds that are available, and the openness of the common area, it's a great trip for large groups. It is only about a 10 minute drive to the ski resort, and is you can also easily make a commute to the town when necessary. I will definitely be booking another stay here some time in the future.

  Lovely place, owners are super friendly and very accommodating. Inside the home you cannot tell how close you are to the highway at all. Plenty of sleeping space which makes for great value

  W have spent two Christmas holidays at the Base Camp Guest House, and could not have found a better place to stay for our extended family of ten. The teen agers loved the hot tubs, there were enough bedrooms for the couples, and the living/dining area was more than large enough for family dinners and games. We especially appreciated the large, well equipped drying rooms, since all of us ski or board.
  
  The host was fantastic, and we are all looking forward to another family vacation at the Base Camp Guest House.

  Literally just checked out of this guesthouse and our experience at the this cabin was amazing. The cabin was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. They even dropped off a cobbler last night. 2nd time stay here and would def stay here again for our annual ski trip

  Hi all,
  
  Honestly this was the worst holiday experience I ever had. It's been half a year since we rested at this house, but it still stays in my mind as an horror movie.
  
  The owners live just beside of the rented house and they both were supervising us through every possible methods- windows, walking around the house, once she even entered in the house without permission, pretending that she wants to ask us something. I had a feeling that they have spy cameras all over the house, as they knew details which we didn't tell nobody. Couple families were with kids and stayed really quiet without any parties or so , they charged us for every single child even for those under 2 years.
  
  Once you give them your credit cards info- you are in their hands, they will charge you as many times they want, without your approval, even if you will be far away- as in our case. I feel that they are abusing the people who leave far away- as you will not come back to look in their eyes and ask "why my visa has been charged without authorization"???.
  
  The move out inspection was conducted after we left, because they were too "busy" to go over the move out procedure with us.
  
  Those couple days costed us a fortune..
  
  Two of our friends remained only for half an hour passed the check-out time, just to make sure everything has been taken care and nothing was left behind-they charged us with another 1/2day rent. That’s very painfully. And many others big charges.
  
  Watch out what you are signing for once you choose to spend your vacation there.
