Better than a hostel, not quite a hotel. Poppi was a wonderful host. Stayed 1 night in the Egypt room. Small with no television, but I wasn't in it much.

We had a great at Poppis guesthouse! Poppi is a fun and easy-going person and the guesthouse is super nice! The rooms are really nice and clean, so are the two bathrooms There is an amazing kitchen!

I recommend staying at LEAST 2 nights in revelstoke. The city is cute and has a lot to offer. Amazing hikes with great views as well.

We stayed in a lots of hostels on our 2 week trip in canada and Poppi's Hostel is definitely one of the best hostels we got in.
Very clean, not expensive, nice people and a nice location for starting day tours. Really a place to stay for more than one night.

I have a very small list of things they would make the place better, but that's mostly just me being super picky. The things on the list are very minor things. Over all i REALLY enjoyed my time there. If i had a choice between super 8 or best Western or poppi's, i wouldn't hesitate to choose to stay at poppi's.

Poppi's hostel is a lovely little private room lodge with a large kicthen and two living areas downstairs. It is very clean and poppi has been very welcoming and helpful, lending us townie bikes and suggesting places to go. The only thing that lets it down is the location. Revelstoke has nothing going on in september, which has worked both for and against us, as it has forced us to relax despite us wanting some excitement.

Poppi was super kind when we showed up at 11pm at night and even let us stick around into the afternoon the next day to do laundry and cook food.

Very clean comfy rooms, 2 full baths, kitchen with everything you would need plus condiments, TV room, games room, comfy deck and patio to sit outside to have tea or evening night cap. Very friendly hostess who is there when you need her. And very reasonable rooms. What else could you ask for? My niece and I enjoyed our stay and thanks her for her directions on what place to go and how to get there. Have already recommended it to a few friends who are looking for places to go.
