  Absolutely an amazing place!! Beautiful view of the lake right from our cottage. We are already planning for the entire family to have some vacation time there next year!! Great place, great hosts.GREAT time!!

  One of the best place I ever visited for cottage's life. Well maintained and professional staff. House/rooms are clean and in great shape. All kitchen ware that usually no one offers. Lots of water activities tools free of charge. You have to rent for.any motor related boat/bikes etc. Must recommended for family

  This is an amazing resort with plenty of things to do for the entire family. Stayed at the resort for the labour day long weekend and everything was perfect - the cottage we rented for 6 adults had ample space with a kitchenette. There were enough paddle-boats, kayaks, sand toys, even a trampoline for kids in the lake. the fireworks on the weekend were enough worth the money, amazing. Even minor things like the barbecue were top quality (Napoleon) - no compromise on quality. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended for a family with kids.

  Beautiful and very relaxing place for the whole family. Location and view were very great. Room were spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and help full. Pricing was reasonable. The only issue was nonavailability of air conditioning but in the evening it gets reasonably cool

  It was a very beautiful spot and it had nice rooms. The only concern I had was that the walls were thin so all night we could hear doors opening and closing and people talking

  Great property on a beautiful lake and lakeside amenities (hammocks, fire pit, canoe and kayaks, dock) are terrific. Owners/managers are very friendly. Was there for a three day social event and stayed in one of the townhome units. Unit was desperately in need of some repair and upgrades. The shower and bathtub have a lot of black mould, there was not enough water pressure to run the shower at times and the pillows were lumpier than undercooked mashed potatoes.

  Had a great experience here over my 3 night stay. Nice sandy beach, lots of games and watersports equipment. Cottages aren't air-conditioned but have a lot of fans to keep you cool at night.

  Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! I was their with 6 of my kids, my wife and three grandchildren and what a great family atmosphere. The owners had an amazing fireworks display and I cannot say enough about the grounds, rooms and the beach and toys that you can use! I will be back and thanks so much for Liz and Jim for doing such a great job looking after us.

  What a great little resort just on balsam Lake. You can have a little room like hotel or a nice chalet fitting a big family.
  The owners are new and we just here at their opening weekend.
  The beach is great, love the amenities, the kids got lots of things to do here, love the new BBQs and the owners were real pleasant.
  Will come here again for sure
