Edited to say thank you for your response and apologize. I reacted before thinking and I understand times are tough for those in the profession.

Husband thinks he broke ankle late last night. Apparently at 8:05am their emergency appointment slots are so filled up that nobody can take 2 minutes to write up a referral for an Xray. Suggested we go to a walk in clinic on the Friday of a long weekend.

NP Harvinder Sihota was friendly on our initial phone appointment, but it was a lot of lip service. When we went for an in person appointment and the receptionists were rude and unhelpful, we had a student NP and barely saw Harvinder. She just came in to ask if we had any questions. Nothing we talked about on the phone was brought up and I felt rushed out. When I left, all the staff were just standing around talking. I left because I was extremely disappointed with the quality of care and the ease of making an appointment. I had high hopes for going to an NP clinic, especially after the phone appointment where I felt I was promised the world with zero follow-through. However, the final straw was when I tried to make an appointment for an injury, I was told I’d have to wait over a month to get an appointment or to call the next day and try to get a same day appointment. Very happy to leave.

The two Nurse Practitioners I have had appointments with have been professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. Healthcare in BC is such a struggle I feel extremely lucky to have found a clinic that is offering such great care. My NP has caught me up on all necessary bloodwork and is paving a path forward for my healthcare. Having RN’s on sight is so helpful and reassuring.

Great care for my whole family. Office is new and clean. Appointments available within 1-2 weeks if not sooner. Great care from NP and nurses. Get on the waitlist to become a patient.

NP Simrin Sangha and receptionist are completely unprofessional and rude.

First off I am Autistic as Simrin knows— being autistic I get overwhelmed easily, frustrated and can lead to a meltdown.

I’ve been trying since Monday to get my teenaged daughters prescription filled for her new anxiety pills. Never was my daughter or I made aware you need to call two weeks in advance to book for refills as this is her first anxiety pills through Simrin Sangha. Receptionist told me one thing and gave me the run around— I became frustrated with her.

Simrin calls me and says I’m verbally attacking the reception in which I was not— I was frustrated and receptionist was being rude and not help with her snarky remarks.

Simrin made it seem like I was lying what the receptionist told me— all in all; I am a Mother who is concerned her daughter won’t get her pills in time. I also have a hard time comprehending things that are new to me so I need it calmly explained as I am autistic.

Simrin was extremely unprofessional today— I told her I couldn’t handle going there anymore since I’ve noticed the decrease in care for her patients and the clinic as a whole in the last year (we have been going here since 2020).

Simrin was quick to suggest she’d close my daughters and I charts and I can have a new Doctor. She pushed me to my limits as an autistic person; she had no empathy for the situation and she’s ablest.

Do not go here especially if you’re neurodivergent; she’s a horrible person.
