Love this Place and the Staff go out of their way to make me feel at home great Staff and great Service. Definitely Recommend to my Friends and Family 5 Star Joanna does my hair is fabulous she made me blonde and go to her often

My family and I have been seeing Stan and Joanna for haircuts for years. They have provided excellent service and amazing cuts for the whole family. Have nothing bad to say. The salon itself is new and spacious. Go see Stan or Joanna! Anna is really good, she’s cut my husband and daughters hair when the others weren’t available. Highly recommend the trio!

I bought 75-min facial (package of 3) from Groupon. The first visit was ok. The second one lasted only 60 min (when I asked the Esthetician why, she said that 15 min is put aside for a client to get dressed. (?) BS.
Also, in the last 10 min she was basically just doing hair pulling technique for head massage.
Now, I am gonna use the last voucher and adios! They will see me ever again even for a good GROUPON value. Too bad as this place has potential but probably the Management pays little money so nobody cares about the SERVICE.response / report this review -

Don't go here for eyelash extensions! I got some on monday and was surprised by how it only took 45 minutes for a full application. I told the lady to add more, so she added a couple. But it still didn't look full at all. I left there feeling like I wasted my 85$. 2 days later most of them have fallen out and I haven't worn any makeup or oil products. They are losing business fast by not treating their clients with good service!

No apology from manager! Eyelashes ruined! :( WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Had to get another proffessional to salvage what lashes she could.. Was pretty painful experience all in all.

Can I give less than one star??
I should have read more into the reviews..
I got eyelash extensions and a whole bunch fell out the first day, they gave me zero care instructions, even when I asked, except, no oil based eyeliner?
Any time my eyes got wet they stung and watered. Lashes fell out and/or twisted every day, and all together they lasted less than a week before all of the extensions and a lot of my own lashes were gone.
They were rude on the phone when I booked it, and when I showed up on time for my appointment, they made me wait a half hour with no explanation while no other customers were there.
I don't normally go out of my way to write a bad review, but this was just such an awful experience..

Horrible. I got lash extensions here 6 days ago and just had to go to a different salon to have them removed today. They looked okay when I first got them but slowly started drooping, some twisted and went out of place and some came off. They were also started to get painful yesterday so I finally decided to remove them. The technician at the salon I went to today said the Axiom technician applied WAYY too much glue and too many lashes to 1 lash, so it took sooo long to have them removed. DO NOT GO HERE, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO TO SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE . I did the eyelash extensions there. It was not a first time or me doing this procedure, but the first time at this place. The esthetician who was doing it for me was very pleasant and polite. The procedure took 1.5h. A bunch of the lashes fell of leaving a noticeable gaps and the blinking would cause a noticeable skin tension on the eyelid from the day number one . A couple of days later, I begun to feel discomfort and a pain in my eyelids. It was getting worst and worst, eventually my eyelids were in pain and swollen. I gave a call and asked them to schedule me for the removal since at this point it was hard for me to drive, my eyes were swollen and in pain. Their front desk lady is very mean and insensitive, although I did not expect much from her because when I called for the very first time to schedule the extensions she rudely replied that they fully booked and hang up the phone. When, I called and explained to her how critical is my situation she said that there is no one to help me and I should come next day, 'good luck with your swollen eyelids' - kind of response. It was a big mistake to go to there.

I don't even give this place one start. I made an appointment 2 months in advance with a stylist I heard a lot about. However, a day before my appointment I get a call that I need to be rescheduled. Few days later when i was due for my appointment, hair colour was suppose to be "blonde", however, my hair has turned into a carrot top. unfortunately, receptionist was not friendly at all either. Very disappointing and I have to wear a hat around to cover my ugly hair color.

I have been seeing Mercidita and others at Axiom for 10 years for esthetics. Wonderful service. Loving the new space in City Square. Owners should be aware that if you look up the salon and then click on the website axiom beauty it is one of the most awful websites I have ever come across and if you are paying someone to maintain that for you, you need to fire them instantly and get somebody decent.

Deidre is a hair genius and I know for a fact that she has top training. My boyfriend has very thick very complicated hair and she is the best stylist he has ever had! I am so happy with the cut she gave me as well. Great service, location, prices and cuts!
