Great craftsmanship and people. Kyle was awesome in going through things in detail with me and keeping me posted with the progress of the repair. I would definitely go back to them if I have the need (hopefully never) and recommend them to my family/friends.

Bernhard, my car looks wonderful!
Thank-you for all the care and attention it received @ False Creek Collision, and for the excellent restoration following damage from MVA's.
I appreciate all the extras your staff did to make it sparkle, including the surprise complimentary touch-up on the passenger side, the car wash, and the little bottle of Emerald Green paint.

After a nightmare spanning many months with icbc & another shop, False Creek Collision was an absolute treat to deal with. They stepped in, took the problem on their shoulders & took care of me & my car. Very friendly, accommodating & easy to communicate with; I will be recommending this shop to everyone. I just picked my car at False Creek Collision today. I am extremely impressed with the high quality of work, outstanding customer service and quick turn around time that False Creek Collision has provided.
This is the first time for me to get my vehicle repaired. With me not knowing what to expect or how to process claims, Kyle went above and beyond to help with the confusing paperwork. He was extremely patient with all my questions(some might be very clueless). Kyle and team were very friendly and professional. I know nothing about auto body repair, but Kyle and team were extremely reliable. It was such a relief knowing that False Creek Collision were so attentive and courteous with the quality of work they have to offer.
My vehicle was finished before the estimated completion date. And it was given back to me nicely detailed. I would give them 10 stars if i could. I would definitely recommend them.Two thumbs up.response / report this review -

The next best thing to having no need for car repairs is having work done by False Creek Collision. Even over the busy and snowy Christmas season the repairs were done thoroughly and quickly. The courtesy car that I was given would have made it possible to carry on with my regular schedule even if I had had to be without my own car for a longer time.
I felt that I was treated as a friend rather than a customer. Bernhard and Kyle and the rest of the workers never made me feel that my questions were an interruption in their day. I was even given a tour of the shop and I was most impressed by the ecologically friendly painting process they use. The work done is impeccable.
When I foolishly forgot to transfer something from the courtesy car to my own when I picked it up, I phoned to see about retrieving it. Instead, they offered to bring it to my door. All this and a lovely little plant to remind me of this most pleasant interaction.

I had my car fixed up from a car accident a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with outstanding customer service and great professional work that was done. The staff is super friendly and polite, very easy to communicate, with quick respond to all my questions.
