Gender affirming haircut is important to me and that's what I got. Price was awesome at their job- quick, listens attentively and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I keep going back! High Fidelity has my seal of approval. Plus staff are great, the tea is good and the dogs are sweet!

Camille was great! I felt very pretty that evening with my styled grey hair in the TCC Bond Party. She also recommended to me with a lot of knowledge about using professional shampoo and conditioner and since I'm using them I'm just a better person ;-)

I went in for a cut, asked to reschedule for a few hours later only if they had somebody who was quite experienced otherwise I would make my original time work. They rescheduled me. I was only going for a trim but found that my stylist did not want to be doing what she was doing, did not take her time and I left to find after the initial style had fallen out, I still had split ends. The cut itself was fine although I had asked about some layers which i got no opinion about just one layer on the top that was about 4 inches from the rest of my shoulder length hair. Maybe that's a thing and I don't know hair but it struck me as a bit of a cut corner. I guess when I spend 70$ on a cut, I'm hoping for a better experience. I had initially written an e-mail to the salon hoping to resolve it with them because misunderstandings and off days happen all the time but 2 weeks later have received no response so I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone.

Ben at the front desk was efficient and professional. It was my first time at this salon and needed a cut and a style (for a wedding) with someone who understood curly hair. On the day, Shauna was my stylist and she listened, cut and styled just as I'd asked. Ben brought me a beverage. If you don't like dogs, don't go here as there's a friendly pooch free ranging in the salon, but I like dogs, so was fine. Highly recommend this place!

Erika is great - knows how to cut a curly mop, which is hard to find! She was also very accommodating the other day when I brought my mom with me. She gave my mom a hair consult while my hair was being blow dried. In general, a really positive experience at a reasonable price for such a senior hair stylist.

This was a gamble that I won! Randomly picked a place close to where I was going to be, and Price crushed it! Beautiful staff, cute little dog great work on a very difficult head. Awesome experience. My go to girls from now on!

The staff are very nice and friendly. The salon is clean and in order, I enjoyed looking at the little things around the mirror. Most importantly, my stylist Morgan is amazing, he showed great patience on my unattended haircut for 2 months. After all, I am happy with my haircut. Thank you so much.

I was there for a blowout and brow wax whilst waiting for my friend who had a 5+ hour crazy colour hair appointment. Every single staff member was super kind and fun. The atmosphere was very welcoming and not at all intimidating. My brows look great and my blowout lasted all weekend so that's a win in my books. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent salon!! Excellent service from the moment I called for an appointment up to the moment I paid and left the salon! I have been seeing Jaden for my waxing for awhile now and she is the best of the best!! Seriously - she definitely knows what she's doing! She's a beautiful person inside and out!!
I have seen Kat (Kathleen) twice now for my hair - she's cut, coloured and highlighted my hair perfectly!!
The reception service is also excellent and super friendly!!
Love this salon - so happy I have found it!!!

I had a wonderful time there. All the workers were friendly (including a cuddly shop pup). Yea selection was greatand most importantly my hair is amazing!!! Dealt with my old faded pastel hair without a bleach. I now have three color hair. They listened to all my stuff and blended it so well. My cut is exactly what I asked for and frames my face so pretty. Would go there again for sure. Worth driving out from Langley for.

Had such a hard time finding a good salon to go to especially since it's Vancouver and they are everywhere. Let alone to find an amazing stylist such as Erika. I have such a great experience there and walk out the door feeling so amazing about my hair and confident enough to recommend the salon to anyone who asks. Amazing staff, energetic and care free plus they have a shop puppy and he's the cutest thing ever. Would most definitely recommend them!
