Back in June our Trailblazer would not start so we had it towed to Avalon Auto Service. We had been experiencing problems with it not starting off and on for two years. We had other shops diagnose various causes related to the battery, starter, starter relay, battery and so on. The technician at Avalon was able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. It has been almost 2 months since we had our vehicle repaired at Avalon and our vehicle has started every time. In addition to speaking to the technician we also received a detailed summary of the work performed. The cost of the repairs was comparable to other shops we had dealt with. However, to us the most important thing was finally getting our vehicle repaired properly. I definitely recommend Avalon Auto Service.
Always great customer service, a shuttle service, and have never charged more than the car actually needed. Also open early with the option of collecting after hours.
We have been going to this repair shop for a few years now and always was happy with the service. This time however, when we asked to be sent an estimate for some repairs we have need of we had to call them 4 times and it still wasn't sent. That was over a week. Today I called again and was treated very rudely and treated as though I didn't have any right to ask them to send an estimate because in their minds I didn't know what my car needed. I don't know about you but I have been driving for over 35 years and I can tell when my brakes are needing to be changed and when my speedometer isn't working. We're looking elsewhere for service. The reply from the owner below is not true. We have no reason to say there was bad service if there wasn't. Even more reason to look elsewhere. So disappointing that a business that used to run so professionally has come to this.
Great, quick service. Told me what needed repair immediately, and what could wait, giving explanations for everything. Will definitely be returning.
Overpriced compared to majority of other shops, got my vehicle back and it looked like they found the muddiest boots possible and stopped through my vehicle which was previously detailed. Bright side they fixed my vehicle, I'll never go back though.
I saw that they were rated #1 on planet s so I decided to give them a try. I've taken my truck there a few times and they are always respectful and professional. they tell me what needs to be done right away and what can wait--no pressure. I was even on holidays in thailand and had my son take my truck in for a couple of concerns. they fixed the power steering and insisted that was all that was wrong with it. I thought there was something else but they assured him that everything was fine. I highly recommend these guys!
Service was OK, but very expensive. If you have option shop around. They charged me $622 to replace 1 ball bearing on Mazda3. I found out after that even dealer was less than $500 all in. Very pricey for convenience.
An amazing auto body shop. They never do anything big without calling first. They're honest and don't take advantage of you no matter how little you know about cars. I have gone here several times and have been treated very well. one time there was a problem with my car that was going to take a couple days and they provided me with a courtesy car so I could still drive my kids to school and get to work. They don't talk down to you or hassle you. I will never use anyone else and I live way out on the west side past the Shaw center now. Today I dropped my car off and the shuttle was waiting outside ready to go. Just Amazing service.
