Recently had my VW fixed at this shop after being rear-ended. The process was fast and easy. We made arrangements with one of the ladies who works in the front named Terry. She was incredibly helpful, she explained the entire process and made sure the day we dropped off the car we had a loaner to borrow. I have been to several shops over the years but found this one had the best customer serivce. When we got our car back it looked great. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Terry for making the process easy and stress free.

Have never had a bad experience with automall! I've had two of my vehicles repaired there in the past few years. They have always been upfront about the process, and how long they expect to be. When I picked up my car from my most recent experience there, I was surprised to find how clean it was!

AutoMall Autobody has never let me down yet! They are perfectionists of their trade. The courtesy cars are awesome and fit all your needs. The staff are super friendly and helpful and really explain things well. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway and the parking is great. I would highly recommend them to anyone

This team at automall autobody is incredible! I recently had called over in regards to my car having a bit of paint scuffs and scratches. They took a look at it that day and had it back to me before my day at work was over. My car looks amazing like you can't tell there was any damage. They were so friendly and didn't even charge me. Would never hesitate to bring my vehicle back. Wonderful service. 6/5 stars

Awful! Took my truck in and explained what was wrong 3x! They looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. When they told me my truck was ready I asked them if they had fixed the problem I told them about. They hadn't, and it was what I said it was. Had to keep my truck there even longer because they didn't listen!

Awful. A fellow named James lured me down there under false pretences. He claimed to be able to handle all of the necessary repairs of which he was fully aware.

When I arrived, a little rat of a man named Craig cheerfully informed me that only some of the repairs would be carried out. I would then be responsible for finding another shop to handle the rest.

That was a dishonest, underhanded move. To top it off, I had already paid to have my vehicle towed there. Craig was completely unapologetic, and furthermore did nothing apart from offer flimsy excuses.

My advice would be to avoid these losers at all costs.
