Knowledgeable staff, good service, and timely delivery for those of us who use them as a wholesale supplier. They generally stock more than most auto supply stores and if for some reason they don't have it they will usually find it for you at a reasonable price.

Went in today and spoke to Dustin and he gave some of the best service I've ever gotten in my life. He came out and did a test to tell me what was wrong with my car. Came out helped me change my filters and windshield wipers. Told me how to do it. Was completely surprised how amazing the service was at an auto parts store.

Great selection the Parts Drivers and counter are awesome, just don't work for them! if you do don't get sick even with Dr leave of absence, the Mgr will fire you

Fantastic! I walked in and was immediately greeted and directed to the right place. A very helpful person grabbed their on board diagnostic device and came out to my car and for no charge explained why my check engine light was on. You can bet with service like this that any time I need something this will be the first place I stop. Thank you to the staff there on May 14th. Super job!

They went out of their way to special order a part for my AC that I was trying to repair. When it turns out I ordered the wrong part, there was no hassle on the return. Overall quality customer service.

The staff was very helpful - when we came in we were asked right away what we need. The prices were reasonable. Got an extension wire for our block heater. Then, when we were paying we got a free calendar with really beautiful photos❤️

Your prices maybe cheap but so is your customer service. This one star is for the old lady in sales who was good and helpful but her all efforts were taken care by the cashier who is so rude. Going to her was like disturbing her and talking about the bill or price was like offending her. She charged me more than the sales person quoted me on a slip and said sales lady put a wrong account on your item. I returned the goods anyways. Sorry guys, will not bother you again. My bad !!
