I wanted to take the time to thank and acknowledge George, John, Connor, and the entire team at Action Car & Truck accessories for a job very well done!

There was a misunderstanding in regards to what I thought I was ordering and what was delivered in regards to the roof rack system for the Thule hullavators that were to be installed.
George, John, and Conner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and remedy the misunderstanding. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service is very much appreciated.

I am very happy with the end results. Great job guys!!

The guys at Action Car and Truck Accessories are excellent. They went beyond and made sure we were HAPPY when we left. They installed a tow system on our motor coach and a new Jeep Wrangler that we purchased to tow behind our coach. When we arrived, they explained the system to us, but when we tested the lights on the Jeep, we found issues. The guys spent the next 6 hours rewiring the coach, properly, until everything worked.

At the beginning it was some issue, but after owner response, now I am giving them 5 stars for how they handle everything. Now, I realized how much they really care about their customers and their business reputation. I think, the most important is to talk with them and solving the problem polite way like a gentlemen's. I purchased parts through the online site. They weren't sure what I wanted so they called. The parts weren't available in Calgary so they would "deliver them right to my door" - by Loomis. I told the lady I did not want to deal with Loomis - but she wasn't listening or doesn't understand- I don't want to deal with Loomis. Almost 2 weeks later my parcel show up, but Loomis won't deliver to my house unless someone is there. Their pickup station is on open M-F 10 am - 6 pm. I also only have 2 days left to pick up my parcel - BUT I work out of town - deliver to my door??
I also suggested delivery to the store but she insisted they would deliver.
YEH RIGHT. So now I await an answer from Action & Loomis both to find out how they plan on resolving this cludterhump

If I could rate this 0 stars I would.. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance where you end up in this store, which I would recommend not even wasting the time, expect to wait a while for one of the fat lazy sales associates to get out of their chair and offer any assistance. Which to be honest, it's better if they don't as they are so incompetent they will just end up selling you the wrong part anyways. Definitely go to one of the several other accessory stores in the city.

(back in the Custom Truck Parts Days, but the staff are the same guys) Our company has taken half a dozen vehicles here for ladder racks, shelving, etc. Out of all those vehicles, we only had one issue. When they installed the shelves they weren't paying attention where they were shooting screws through to secure them, and instead of removing some of the wood paneling in the van to check for a support, they guessed and hit a wire harness. We didn't know until we went to drive away and had no signal lights. The other vehicles were great. You're only as good as your worst installer. Sales staff got back to me right away with exactly what I needed.
