I was there for v belts & prices were almost triple for same brand as compare to princess auto.
When I mentioned , staff said it's our prices & manager isn't here.

Great service, helpful staff, website is easy to search for parts on. If you dont have a diagnostics tool auto value will run it for you for free. Location is a pain to reach.

Many decent priced auto parts. They have no problem returning parts unless they've been installed. They also order in parts easily over the phone which is nice. Some times they're a little more expensive though.

Parts are a bit on the pricey side but the service is fantastic!! They will check the error messages on your car at no charge

Sold me two different front brake calipers and after waiting 3 weeks without a call telling me my parts are in. Go to find out they ordered the wrong one and then they offered to order another one and wait another three weeks (presumably without a phone call to tell me my parts have arrived, again.).
I specifically requested A1 calipers, and the staff didn't give a s**t that i have been waiting a month to do this. I never write bad reviews but this is some serious hogs**t.
