I love this Ortho office. I spent 30 years wishing for braces and after getting my son braces here, we had such a great experience that I finally decided to take the plunge to get myself braces. Couldn't be happier with their care and followup in ensuring the best possible experience and outcome. Not to mention they do everything to help make the financial aspect easier to handle. Couldn't say enough positives about this place.

I was very pleased to leave my initial consultation with Dr. Olsen. I have been unfortunate with teeth problems and I have been putting it off since braces are pretty much a down payment for a smaller condo. However, dr. Olsen exceeded my expectations as far as caring and addressing issues while suggesting solutions that would actually leave me happy at the end of the treatment. Actually, the entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and their payment is a lot more flexible than I thought it would be. Fun fact: I don’t know if this is a common thing, but they don’t charge extra for Invisalign!

Our daughter just had her braces removed today and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire process, from our initial consultation to the final appointment, was extremely professional. Doctor Olsen was wonderful and especially attentive to the concerns of a 'tween'. The overall atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Would highly recommend Authentic Orthodontics.

I worked in the dental industry for many years as a dental hygienist and so I'm a little pickier than most when it comes to my kids oral health. I chose Dr. French because of his reputation in the dental community. His care seemed a notch above the others that we had referred to over the years. It seemed that some of the offices sort of herded patients in and out like cattle and one common complaint from my own patients about their orthodontists were the lack of time spent. I now have my 4th child undergoing treatment at Authentic. I think that speaks volumes. I have been so happy with each of their orthodontic outcomes and truly appreciate the excellent care. I have recommended him to many of my own friends and have only heard positives back from them. I feel the staff must be mentioned as well..ladies at the front are top notch!

Highly recommend! I've never had to wait, they take you in as soon as you get there. Every single one of the staff I've encountered were friendly and went out of their way to get to know me. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
